Bose QC35 (and before that QC25) used to be the best noise canceling headphones on the market, until Sony WH-1000XM3 arrived last year. Bose couldn't sit idly by, so here we are. I received my NCH 700 pair today and have been using them for the past few hours. Compared to QC35, they do a noticeably better job in making the ambient sound disappear. Really impressive! They are well made and feel premium and sturdy. The cushions are roomy and comfortable, and I expect to be able to wear them for a longer period of time (like on a long flight). Just like QC35, the NCH 700 can be connected to 2 bluetooth devices simultaneously. I tried with both my iPhone and MacBook. Bose says the battery would last 20 hours long per charge, the same as QC35, though I haven't tested that yet.

Worth every penny in short! Bose impressed me with another product. As you see from pic I already had QC35 II which I fell in love with but I couldn’t resist the new design and features this model has. And I don’t regret buying this while still having older model!

I initially ordered the Sony WH-1000XM4 but after receiving them I was not happy with the product. I have the WH-1000XM2's and was expecting better things from Sony. I do like the app features better but was disappointed in the sound quality. I kept listening to my 2's and I believe they have better sound quality then the 4's. I sent the 4's back and ordered the Bose and I was amazed at the audio sound quality with these headphones. They are also very comfortable and very stylish. I ordered the soapstone and was glad that the band is more gold then rose gold in color. To me the sound is the most important factor as I like to listen to my music a lot. The sound is very punchy, has enough bass, excellent mid's and high's and great separation. The noise cancelling is very good and I am hoping the app will soon have the ability to customize my sound more. These might be the best headphones I have ever owned and would highly recommend them.

Awesome noise cancelling , easy set up, no issues with connectivity. I use mine in the gym while working out, pads are sweat resistant and wipe off easily, which was a concern I had with the fabric headphone pads like Apple IPhone headphones. No regrets with this Bose purchase.

These headphones seem to be more comfortable than the QC 35 II. Noise cancellation is great and adjustable. There were some bugs in the Bose Music App at the beginning in terms of being signed out and it not connecting, but with a recent update to the Bose Music App to IOS, it is connecting properly now. I enjoy the dual connection to two devices at once. I am a transcriptionist and rely heavily on the detail and clarity of voice heard through the headphones for accuracy. I find the detail and clarity to be a bit better than the QC 35 II. The integration with voice assistant is good and can easily dictate to Siri, in my case without having to raise my voice. Seems also that Bose will release later adjustable EQ. Design is also neat. Overall I am happy with the purchase.

I am a big Bose fan and have many of their products. This is my first set of Bose headphones and I have some others such as Audio Technical which I love for practicing bass. These do an outstanding job for all day wfh with no noise and excellent call quality on both sides of the conversation. Also fantastic sound on Spotify etc and there is a new equalizer in the app for adjusting and tweaking the sound. The self voice sound could offer one more level up but other than that these are a design and functional home run!
