Like this a lot now it’s assembled! Awful assembly instructions and took a handyman- who is used to assembly - 3 hours to figure out etc. Suggestion: have it assembled professionally and save yourself the headaches!

Daughter put this together by herself! Had a slight problem with the awning but figured it out. It looks great and was worth the price for the extra sturdiness and very nice single cushion and pillows. No missing parts in the box. We are really enjoying relaxing on the swing!

Product is very well made. The swing is very elegant. Customer service was excellent as they did what they said they would do. The swing kits was short parts and they were prompt in getting the parts expedited. The replacements were wrong but they eventually got it resolved. The only issues was trying to get them on a call as they are on west coast and it was very late at night. Couple calls were past midnight. Recommend buying.

Got this patio swing and set it up with no problems. Well maybe the top canopy was a bit of a challenge but eventually got it. The frame for the canopy is made of a soft plastic so when you tighten the screw, the screen head goes right they the plastic. That’s no good.

I hired a handyman to assemble the swing. He finished the work in 2.5 hours one person. I like the design that the top is not canvas. The swing looks good for now. But what matters the most is the durability. I will update one year later.

Definitely need 2 people to assemble. Had minor difficulties with assembly, but customer service was VERY responsive! Well built and comfortable. Solar lights at night are a bonus. Only thing is when unpacking snd taking pieces out of plastic, note the piece number as all numbers are on the outside on the plastic.
